OnFife, the cultural charity which runs libraries, museums, theatres, local studies and archives services across Fife, today (Wednesday) launches its 2026 customer survey.
Nearly 50,000 customers will be contacted directly by email and visitors to venues are being invited to take part.
Jennifer Taylor, OnFife Customer Experience Co-ordinator, said:
“We want our services and venues to reflect the needs and interests of the people who use them. The survey is an opportunity for customers to tell us about their experiences and how we can improve.
"Whether you visit our libraries, museums, galleries, theatres or use our online services, we'd love to hear from you.
"An even if you haven't used an OnFife service in the last two years, your views are still important. Understanding people's awareness of OnFife and any reasons for not currently use our services, helps us meet the needs of communities across Fife now and in the future."
To take part in the survey, which is open until 24 November and is offering participants the chance to win £50 in shopping vouchers of their choice, go to OnFife Customer Survey, find it at www.onfife.com or speak to a member of staff in a library, museum or theatre.
