Our website is provided using the Aiir website and digital platform. Aiir is our technology/platform provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Website Terms are between you and K107 and do not make Aiir a party to any relationship between you and K107.

2. These terms

These terms govern your access to and use of the K107 website, including its pages, articles, programme information, audio players, forms and other online features.

Certain services, competitions, promotions, donations, advertising arrangements or other activities may be subject to additional terms. Where separate terms are provided, those terms will also apply and will take priority in relation to that particular activity if there is any conflict.

Our radio advertising and sponsorship services may also be governed by separate commercial terms and are not governed solely by these Website Terms.

3. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful personal, community and business-information purposes.

Unless stated otherwise, copyright and other intellectual-property rights in original K107 website content belong to K107 or are used by us with permission.

Some technology, software, photographs, music, audio, video, branding, syndicated material and other content may belong to Aiir or other third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.
