Free football sessions for young people are set to kick-off at Beacon Leisure Centre in Burntisland.
They will run outdoors, every Friday, from 30th October, from 5-7 p.m.
The games are being delivered by Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, in partnership with Active Fife (part of Fife Council), using funding from the recent Summer of Sport campaign.
Youngsters aged 10 to 17 can take part. They must turn up and secure a space at the venue's reception on the day, before the football session begins.
Organisers say places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fife Sports and Leisure Trust Participation Manager Cameron Kingsland said: “Our Friday Night Football sessions will offer young people the chance to enjoy tournament and match play in a welcoming environment.
“These coach-led sessions are free to attend and open to youngsters of all abilities. Just come along and secure your space at the Beacon’s reception on the day.”
Players are recommended to bring football boots or suitable trainers, shin pads, a water bottle and appropriate sports clothing. As the sessions will take place outdoors on the astro-turf, participants should dress appropriately for the weather.
Anyone attending for the first time will need to register and provide emergency contact details. You can email: coaching@fifeleisure.org.uk for more information.
