Fife Sports and Leisure Trust is now offering Reformer Pilates to its customers.
The charity is launching Linea, a new, dedicated studio offering instructor-led classes in a premium, boutique-style setting.
The Linea Reformer Studio - at Lumphinnans Sports Hub - will officially launch its full programme from 1st November 2026. It will offer 24, instructor-led Reformer Pilates classes each week.
Ahead of the full launch, customers can try Reformer Pilates during a series of taster sessions at the Lumphinnans site. These will run from 24th to 31st October 2026, priced at £12 per session.
Places for the taster sessions are limited and can be booked through Eventbrite.

Reformer Pilates uses specialist equipment incorporating a moving carriage and adjustable resistance. Classes combine strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and core conditioning in a low-impact workout, with exercises adaptable for a wide range of abilities. Stars such as Adele and Taylor Swift are said to be fans.
The Linea studio – off Gagarin Way in Lumphinnans - features 10 commercial-grade Balanced Body A2 Reformer “beds”, together with sitting boxes, jumpboards, platform extenders, Pilates circles and balls.
The space has been designed to create a distinctive fitness and wellbeing experience, with feature mirrors, herringbone flooring, a bespoke colour scheme, audio and dynamic LED lighting.
Fitness Experience Lead Evelyn Crichton said:
“We’re delighted to introduce Linea and bring a dedicated Reformer Pilates experience to Lumphinnans Sports Hub.
“We’ve created a high-quality studio environment with specialist equipment and instructor-led sessions, giving our customers another way to build strength, improve mobility and stay active.
“The taster sessions are a great opportunity to experience Linea before the full programme launches in November, whether you are completely new to Reformer Pilates or already enjoy it as part of your fitness routine.”
She added:
“This is the first time we’ve offered Reformer Pilates within our venues. We hope it will be popular with people from across Fife.”
From 1st November 2026, continued access to Linea will be offered as supplementary fee to any existing Fife Sports and Leisure Trust membership.
The supplementary fee, for access to Linea classes costs an additional £40 per month and is available to existing members aged 16 and over.
The add-on provides access to up to two Reformer Pilates sessions per week, to a maximum of eight sessions per month, with classes subject to availability.

The Linea supplement continues automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation requires one full calendar month's written notice, and a 14-day cooling-off period applies when joining, although customers will be charged for any usage during that period. Full membership terms and conditions should be read before joining.
There are currently no plans to offer pay-as-you-go sessions from 1st November 2026. Customers wishing to continue attending Linea after the trial period will therefore need to add Linea membership to an existing Fife Sports and Leisure Trust membership.
Linea is based at Lumphinnans Sports Hub, 31 Gagarin Way, Lumphinnans, KY4 9HW.
