Sing Your Heart Out Sunday

A celebration of songs from around the world. Find your true voice and sing to the sun!

Join us for an hour of uplifting singing in the beautiful Stables Yurt, and raise the vibration of our collective soul! Songs from around the world, learnt by ear - led by George Francis, a passionate musician, facilitator and music therapist. All musical and singing abilities are welcome; come and find your voice, connect with yourself and others, and let's resonate together to shed the leaves of Autumn and bring light into the darkening days.

We will begin seated, and there is likely to be some standing and movement - you can let the music guide you and do whatever is comfortable. There are cushions in the yurt but if you require a chair then please bring your own (and a rug or mat to place it on).
