Competition Rules

1. The competition rules apply to all on-air, online and social media competitions conducted by K107FM, unless otherwise specified.

2. Prizes, entry methods, draw methods, opening dates and closing dates will be defined on-air or online for each competition.

3. In order to enter a competition, you must:

a. Make only one entry per person.
b. Be a resident in a KY postcode area
c. Be aged 18 or over.
d. Submit your competition entry via the methods outlined for the specific competition (email, SMS, telephone, etc). The entry methods may differ for each competition.
e. Include in your entry your full name and contact telephone number.
f. Be available to attend an event if the prize includes event tickets.

4. K107FM accepts no liability:

a. Where your competition entry is not received for any reason.
b. Where your competition prize is not received for any reason.
c. Where an event is cancelled.
d. For costs incurred for a competition entry.
e. For costs incurred in collecting or using the prize, including but not limited to transport and accommodation.
f. If we are unable to reach you on the telephone number you have provided.

5. Competition winners will be notified of their win within 28 days of the draw using the contact details provided in the entry.

6. K107FM may use your name, a recording of your competition win and details of the prize on-air on K107FM, on our website and in other social media and publicity material.

7. Any member of K107FM, their immediate family or any other person who is directly connected with the offer are ineligible to participate.

8. Prizes can be collected at a pre-arranged time, unless otherwise specified.

The promotion begins on Friday 16th May2025
The closing date for entries will be Friday at 23:59
Entrants must be over the age of 18 and live within KY postcode
For each round a contestant is selected at random - see "How to play" above.
One entry per player. Duplicates will be deleted. You may only enter once per day.
You must be available to provide an email address, tickets will be sent directly to winner by ODEON via email
We reserve the right to solicit entries via social media or other platforms and invite people to register for the promotion.
K107FM may at our discretion provide additional clues via but not limited to on-air, social media and digital mediums.
K107FM reserves the right to make changes to Terms and conditions, at their discretion.
Entries can be made via email to studio@k107.co.uk – Subject: Screen Focus, with the answer in body of the email, by text to 07723 58 16 87 starting with: Screen Focus then your answer or directly to the relevant Screen Focus post(s) on the K107FM Facebook page
Winners from Facebook post entries will be notified via Messenger – we WILL NOT ask for payment details, or direct anyone to a third party site or link to claim a prize via Meta platforms
Facebook entries must be made via K107FM post – comments on shared posts or via community groups will not be eligible
Draw will be made at random
